Our team works with some of India’s most exciting D2C brands to create high-converting ad videos, brand stories, and visual content that drive real business results.
We’re looking for a Senior Video Editor who can transform ideas into thumb-stopping ad creatives and engaging brand visuals tailored for performance platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube, and Reels.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Video Production
- Edit and produce ad videos for Meta, Google, YouTube, and other paid media platforms.
 - Create high-performing short-form content (UGC-style ads, Reels, and product explainers).
 - Work closely with the Creative Strategist to turn scripts and storyboards into performance-driven videos.
 - Ensure each video includes strong hooks, CTAs, and storytelling flow aligned with campaign goals.
 
Ad Creative Optimization
- Edit multiple versions of ads for A/B testing and performance variations.
 - Track creative performance metrics (CTR, engagement rate, ROAS impact) and refine content accordingly.
 - Stay updated with platform trends, ad styles, and editing techniques that perform best for D2C brands.
 
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and performance marketers for campaign execution.
 - Manage editing timelines, prioritize multiple brand deliverables, and meet tight deadlines.
 - Provide creative input during shoots and help with pre-production planning when required.
 
Brand & Storytelling
- Maintain brand consistency while ensuring creative freshness across campaigns.
 - Help build a creative library and editing system for scalable ad production.
 - Experiment with new storytelling formats, transitions, and motion techniques for D2C audiences.
 
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in video editing for digital marketing or D2C brands.
 - Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar tools.
 - Proven experience in creating performance ads, Reels, and UGC-style videos.
 - Understanding of D2C marketing funnels (TOF, MOF, BOF) and how creatives impact performance.
 - Creative mindset with strong visual sense, pacing, and storytelling ability.
 - Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a cross-functional creative team.
 
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
