Creative Video Editor with Shooting Skills (Full-time, Indore)

We're on the lookout for a highly skilled Video Editor who can bring concepts to life with creativity, precision, and cinematic flair.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble raw footage into scroll-stopping, high-quality videos for social media, ads, and campaigns.
• Add transitions, sound effects, color grading, and motion graphics to enhance visual storytelling.
• Work closely with the marketing and design teams to align with project goals.
• Deliver creative outputs under tight timelines without compromising quality.
• Create engaging reels, promo videos, ad creatives, and YouTube content.
• Stay updated with trends, editing techniques, and platform requirements.
• Bonus: If you can handle a camera and know your way around a shoot setup — that’s the cherry on top!

Required Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve (or similar).
• Strong understanding of visual composition, pacing, and storytelling.
• Experience in motion graphics, transitions, and effects.
• Knowledge of camera handling, lighting, and basic cinematography is a plus.
• Proven experience in social media video formats (Reels, Shorts, Ads).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies, Mass Communication, Media Production, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 2–3 years of proven experience in professional video editing for brands, agencies, or production houses.
• Strong technical knowledge of editing software—Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
• Understanding of cinematography basics including framing, lighting, and shooting techniques.
• A solid portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced editing skills and creative storytelling ability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain consistency in quality.
• Creative mindset with a sharp eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
