Creative Video Editor(onsite) Shorts & Highlights Specialist (Male/Female)

Do you have a strong sense of storytelling and a sharp eye for suspense, emotion, and engagement? We’re looking for a Creative Video Editor who can transform long-form content into highly engaging short-form videos that capture attention from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Watch full-length episodes and identify key emotional, suspenseful, and high-impact moments
• Create a clear plan for converting long-form content into engaging Shorts
• Edit compelling short-form videos with strong pacing, drama, and storytelling
• Ensure each short keeps viewers hooked from the first second to the last

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong proficiency in English (reading and understanding content)
• Proven storytelling ability with a sense of pacing and emotional impact
• Experience working with YouTube long-form content and Shorts
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to spot emotional beats, suspenseful highlights, and viral moments

Job Type & Location:

• Office-based job (Monday to Friday) – not remote/work from home
• Must be based in Rawalpindi or Islamabad

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
