Creative Videographer & Editor

We are a Dubai-based consultancy supporting for entrepreneurs in establishing their businesses and investing in the UAE market. Our team combines legal expertise, investment strategy, marketing, and creative direction to deliver personalized, high-impact solutions.

Location: Dubai, UAE
Type: Full-Time (In-Person)
Compensation: 5,000 – 6,500 AED per month
Mandatory Languages: English. Spanish is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content for social media, events, and campaigns with a strong focus on storytelling.
• Develop attention-grabbing video hooks and formats that increase engagement and retention.
• Align video strategy with client funneling techniques to maximize audience conversion and brand growth.
• Produce and manage content tailored to personal branding, including executive profiles, interviews, and thought-leadership pieces.
• Collaborate with the founder and marketing team to deliver innovative video concepts aligned with company strategy.
• Maintain high production standards, ensuring videos are visually compelling and brand-consistent.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in video editing, motion graphics, and social media marketing.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is MANDATORY.
• Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, ideally with a strong portfolio showcasing branding and marketing content.
• Advanced knowledge of video hooks, storytelling, and audience engagement strategies.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) and how to optimize content for each.
• Strong grasp of marketing funnels and how to design video content to drive conversions.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Presentable, proactive, and able to work closely with executives in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the visual identity of LEX LAYER and its founder’s personal brand, while working on impactful content that reaches international entrepreneurs and investors in Dubai’s dynamic business landscape.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
