Creative Videographer / Editor

We're looking for a full-time Videographer/Editor to join our team in Rochester, MN. If you love making great video, read on.

At Hit, you'll be on professional productions for national brands, regional airports, golf companies, and everything in between. Full crews. Sales videos, brand films, corporate docs. The kind of work that makes you better fast. You'll travel, you'll be client-facing, and you'll operate at a level most videographers spend years trying to reach.

Here's the part that makes this job different. You'll also be creating content for GolfWell, our growing YouTube channel and golf brand. Videos that hundreds of thousands of golfers actually watch and share. If you love golf, this is going to feel like the best job you've ever had.

One thing to know upfront. This role is in person in Rochester, MN.

What You'll Do

• Shoot video and photos across all project types, from solo shoots you run yourself to large multi-crew productions
• Edit efficiently in Premiere Pro to a high standard
• Keep project files organized and hit deadlines every time
• Work with project managers daily
• Bring ideas. We want your creative input not just your output
• Create content for GolfWell's YouTube channel and golf brand partnerships

What You Need

• Proficient in Adobe Suite, Premiere specifically
• Knowledge of cinema cameras, lighting, and basic sound
• Minimum 2 years professional experience
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in the field and in the edit

Graphics skills a plus. Love of golf a bigger plus.

The Details

$60,000 to start. 90-day review with a bump to $62K-$65K based on performance and what you bring. 15 days PTO plus holidays. Travel required.
