Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented design professional who can translate ideas into compelling visual content across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the brand’s visual presence while delivering high-quality creative assets for marketing and digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging visual assets such as digital banners, product visuals, social media creatives, mockups, and motion graphics using professional design tools.
- Create contemporary and visually appealing content for websites and various social media channels.
- Design print materials including marketing collateral, promotional flyers, and brand stationery, ensuring print accuracy and quality.
- Apply strong knowledge of visual principles such as typography, color harmony, imagery, spacing, and layout structure.
- Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual language by following established guidelines and contributing creative direction where needed.
- Generate innovative concepts and fresh visual ideas to enhance brand storytelling and audience engagement.
- Work seamlessly across multiple formats including static, animated, digital, and print-based designs.
- Define and maintain consistent tone, mood, and visual messaging across all design outputs.
- Review, refine, and proof all design work to ensure accuracy and high-quality execution prior to delivery.
- Edit and optimize creative assets, including short-form videos and animations, for digital and social platforms.
- Share early-stage concepts, drafts, and design explorations with stakeholders for review and alignment.
- Deliver creative solutions that are both visually impactful and functionally effective for marketing objectives.
- Manage multiple design and branding assignments simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and revise designs in line with project requirements.
- Contribute to UI/UX design for web platforms and mobile applications, ensuring intuitive and user-focused visuals.
- Ensure all final deliverables are cohesive, polished, and aligned with brand standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a professional design role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Proven ability to manage workloads effectively, meet deadlines, and perform well in fast-paced environments.
- A diverse and well-curated portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital, print, branding, social media, and motion design.
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and other relevant creative software.
- Strong visual judgment with a keen eye for detail, balance, and design consistency.
- Highly organized, process-driven, and reliable in delivering work on time.
Wokring Days are Monday to Friday
Working Hours are 10 am till 7 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs95,000.00 per month
