We’re Hiring – Creative Writer 

Madd is on the hunt for a Creative Writer who doesn’t just write — but creates.

We need someone who can:

• Craft sharp ad copies that stick.

• Write scripts that move from page to screen.

• Pull fresh ideas out of thin air.

• Dive deep into research, but never copy-paste.

• Spot references, get inspired — then build something new.

• Develop monthly content calendars tailored for each client.

• Talk strategy in the language of governments — and understand the weight of every word.

The non-negotiable:

You must have hands-on experience working with government accounts in the UAE or GCC. If you don’t, this role isn’t for you.

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years of agency or creative writing experience.

• Fluent in Arabic & English (writing is your weapon).

• A storyteller’s soul with a strategist’s brain.

• Organized enough to map content flows, bold enough to push ideas forward.
