ZB Creative is a visual storytelling studio based in Dubai. We create cinematic, human-centric content for brands, creators, and original IPs. From micro-series on Instagram to short films and brand narratives, storytelling is at the heart of everything we do.

We’re looking for a Creative Writer who can think in scenes, emotions, and punchy lines!

What You’ll Do

• Write scripts for Instagram micro-series and short-form episodic content
• Develop short film scripts and narrative concepts
• Write high-impact social media captions (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Write blogs, brand stories, and long-form storytelling content
• Collaborate closely with the director and creative team to shape ideas from concept to execution
• Adapt tone and voice based on brand, platform, and audience

What We’re Looking For

• Strong storytelling ability with a cinematic mindset
• Comfortable writing dialogues, scenes, and emotional arcs
• Understands social media culture and short-attention storytelling
• Can write clean, modern, non-cringe copy
• Bonus if you understand filmmaking, acting, or visual storytelling
• Ability to take feedback and iterate fast

Experience

• Prior writing experience for films, reels, ads, or digital content preferred
• Portfolio or writing samples are mandatory (scripts, captions, blogs, etc.)

Work Type

• Freelance / Part-time (with potential to grow into a long-term role)
• Remote or Dubai-based
