Creator Coordinator & Community Manager — TikTok Shop

We're looking for a Creator Coordinator who genuinely loves the creator world — not someone who just wants to hit KPIs and clock out.

You'll be the bridge between Brands and hundreds of TikTok creators. Your job is to find the right people, recruit them into our brand campaigns, build real relationships with them, and keep them posting consistently. If you naturally enjoy talking to people, staying organized, and figuring out what works — this role was built for you.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Identifying and recruiting TikTok creators through direct outreach, TikTok Affiliate Center, and open collaborations
• Managing daily creator communication — follow-ups, sample coordination, content pushes
• Onboarding new creators and making sure they have everything they need to post
• Tracking your pipeline — outreach sent, samples approved, content posted, ad codes collected
• Spotting which creators and content angles are driving the most sales and feeding that insight back to the team
• Coordinating with Project Managers and the Community Manager to move top creators into paid collaborations
• Staying on top of TikTok trends and flagging opportunities to the team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong written English — you'll be messaging US-based creators daily
• Naturally good at building rapport and keeping people engaged
• Organized enough to manage high volumes of conversations without things slipping
• Consistent even when reply rates are low and results are slow
• Curious about what's working and willing to test new approaches
• Comfortable working full-time EST hours (US time zone), 5 days a week
• Reliable remote setup — stable internet, working camera, familiar with Google Meet and Discord

TikTok Shop experience is not required. We will train you. What we cannot train is people skills, work ethic, and genuine curiosity.
