Role Overview


The Creator Growth Manager serves as the primary relationship owner and growth partner for a roster of creators. This role is responsible for helping creators identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, review performance, and maximize growth across the channels we support.

This is not a content creation role, and it is not a project management role. Success in this position comes from building strong relationships, asking thoughtful questions, identifying opportunities, and helping creators stay focused on the activities that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities


Creator Relationship Management


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned roster of creators.
  • Build trusted relationships through proactive communication and consistent follow-through.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each creator's goals, business priorities, challenges, and opportunities.
Growth Strategy & Advisory


  • Review creator performance across social media, affiliate, community, and other growth initiatives.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide recommendations and strategic guidance based on creator goals and performance data.
  • Stay informed on platform updates, creator economy trends, and emerging opportunities.
What We're Looking For


  • 1-3 years of experience in social media or creator/influencer management, talent management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategy and platforms like LTK, ShopMy, Amazon, etc.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, social strategy, and creator culture.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in presenting performance reports or business recommendations to clients.
  • Ability to confidently lead client-facing conversations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and business judgment.
  • Ability to manage multiple creator relationships simultaneously.

Compensation
  • Full-time position
  • Pacific Time Zone preferred; Mountain Time Zone candidates will also be considered.
