Watch & Sea Beauty is a fast-growing haircare brand available at CVS and H-E-B, built for women who want real results. We’re scaling quickly across TikTok Shop, retail, and press — and we need sharp, motivated people behind the scenes to make it all run.

About the Role

As our Creator Ops & Founder PR Intern, you’ll support two of our most growth-critical functions: our TikTok creator affiliate program and our founder’s public presence. Half your time is spent keeping our creator ecosystem running smoothly — tracking performance, managing communications, and supporting gifting logistics. The other half is focused on building Courtney’s (our CEO’s) media footprint — from capturing behind-the-scenes content to pitching her to podcasts and press. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable in a spreadsheet and a pitch email.

What You’ll Do

Creator & Affiliate Operations

• Track weekly performance for 20+ TikTok Shop affiliate creators (GMV, video count, posting cadence)
• Manage our creator Discord daily — welcome new members, post updates, answer questions
• Send weekly DMs to creators with their stats and tier progress
• Assist with commission and bonus reconciliation
• Onboard new creators into the affiliate program
• Manage creator gifting logistics (addresses, shipping, follow-up)
• Pull weekly TikTok Shop affiliate reports
• Identify rising creators and flag opportunities to leadership
• Help draft creator briefs and product education materials

Founder Content & PR

• Capture behind-the-scenes content at the office, events, and day-in-the-life moments with Courtney
• Edit short-form video for IG Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Schedule and post to Courtney’s personal Instagram and TikTok
• Track founder content performance and engagement
• Pitch Courtney to podcasts, beauty press, and industry publications
• Manage incoming press and speaking engagement requests
• Coordinate Courtney’s appearances and interviews
• Help produce the Building Watch & Sea YouTube series
• Maintain a press log and PR opportunity pipeline

You’re a Great Fit If You…

• Are studying Business, Operations, Marketing, Communications, PR, or Journalism
• Are highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Have excellent written communication — professional for press, conversational for creators
• Can switch between operational tasks and creative/outreach work comfortably
• Are self-directed and proactive — you don’t wait to be told what needs attention

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with TikTok Shop or affiliate marketing platforms

• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)

• Experience with Airtable, Notion, or project management tools

• Any prior PR, media, or influencer marketing experience

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
