About the Role
We’re looking for a Creator Partnerships Coordinator to help us scale our influencer ecosystem by recruiting, managing, and motivating creators on a daily basis.
In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for creators—building relationships, approving sample requests, encouraging high-quality content, and identifying top performers to funnel into paid collaborations, bonuses, and our private Discord community.
You don’t need prior TikTok Shop experience—we’ll train you. What matters most is strong communication, organization, and the ability to spot patterns in creator performance.
Core ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Recruitment
- Identify and reach out to potential creators via TikTok Affiliate Center, open collaborations, and direct outreach
- Review, approve, and onboard qualified creators requesting product samples
- Test and iterate outreach templates and communication flows to improve response and conversion rates
Relationship Management
- Communicate daily with creators via DMs and platform messaging
- Answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure creators feel supported and motivated
- Build long-term relationships by encouraging repeat content and offering incentives
- Actively engage creators to produce additional content and maintain momentum
Pipeline Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain organized trackers for:
- Outreach
- Approvals
- Samples shipped
- Content pending
- Content posted
- Collect ad codes from affiliates for campaign usage
- Provide weekly updates on:
- Outreach → approvals → content → GMV impact
Performance Optimization
- Monitor which creators and content angles perform best
- Identify and funnel top-performing creators into:
- Discord community
- Paid collaborations
- Recommend improvements in:
- Commission structures
- Messaging and outreach strategies
Collaboration with Team
- Work closely with Lead Managers to align on campaign goals
- Coordinate with Community Managers to move creators into Discord for long-term nurturing
- Share high-performing creators and winning content angles with Paid Influencer and Ads teams
What We’re Looking ForRequired Skills
- Communication: Fluent in English with the ability to write clear, friendly, and persuasive messages
- Relationship Building: Comfortable talking daily with US and UK-based creators
- Organization: Able to manage high volumes of creator communication and tracking
- Pattern Spotting: Naturally analytical—able to identify what’s working and what’s not
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with influencer outreach, creator management, or social media
- Familiarity with TikTok or creator ecosystems

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
