Credentialing Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Credentialing Executive to join our Medical Billing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for provider credentialing and enrollment with US insurance payers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes

· Handle enrollments with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance payers

· Monitor application status and conduct regular follow-ups with payers

· Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and regulatory requirements

· Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential credentialing records

· Coordinate with internal departments to resolve credentialing-related matters

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Minimum 06 months of experience in provider credentialing within a Medical Billing company

· Working knowledge of US insurance enrollment and credentialing processes

· Hands-on experience with CAQH, PECOS, and commercial payer portals

· Strong communication, follow-up, and documentation skills

· Excellent attention to detail and time-management abilities

· Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare systems
