Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and process credentials for healthcare providers and service professionals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the credentialing system.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, clients, and internal teams to resolve credentialing issues.
• Follow up on incomplete or missing documentation.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and other organizations to ensure credentialing is completed on time.
• Assist with preparing reports and data related to credentialing processes.
