Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Credentialing Manager, based in Lahore. The Credentialing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the credentialing process for healthcare professionals. This includes coordinating the collection and review of documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards, maintaining accurate records, and addressing any credentialing-related inquiries. The role may also involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding of providers and maintaining updated databases.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of credentialing processes and compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Proficiency in database, documentation, and record management skills
• Excellent organizational, detail-oriented, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills
• Prior experience in a healthcare or related industry is preferred
• Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office and credentialing systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work in an on-site, team-oriented environment in Lahore
