Job Title: Credentialing Expert
Campaign: DME Billing
Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi (On-Site)
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday

We are hiring experienced professionals for our DME Billing campaign. We are seeking detail-oriented and skilled candidates to support credentialing and revenue cycle operations while ensuring compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities (Credentialing Role)

• Manage end-to-end provider credentialing and recredentialing
• Handle DME enrollments with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
• Verify licenses, DEA registrations, board certifications, and malpractice coverage
• Maintain and update CAQH, NPPES, PECOS, and payer portals
• Monitor credential expirations and ensure continuous compliance
• Maintain accurate credentialing documentation and records
• Support denial management related to credentialing issues

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience (DME experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer guidelines
• Experience with credentialing systems and databases
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work night shift (on-site)
