Credentialing Specialist (U.S. Healthcare) – Project-Based

HELP 360 MD is a U.S. healthcare support company providing medical billing, coding, credentialing, provider enrollment, and administrative services to healthcare practices across the United States. We are looking for an experienced Credentialing Specialist to join our Faisalabad office and support our growing operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Complete provider credentialing and recredentialing with commercial insurance companies, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Process provider enrollments, group enrollments, and facility enrollments.
• Maintain and update provider profiles in CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and payer portals.
• Submit and track credentialing applications from start to completion.
• Follow up with insurance companies regarding application status and resolve credentialing issues.
• Coordinate with providers to obtain required documentation, including licenses, DEA certificates, malpractice insurance, and board certifications.
• Process provider demographic updates, location changes, terminations, and revalidations.
• Maintain accurate credentialing records and ensure compliance with payer requirements.
• Work closely with the billing team to ensure providers are successfully enrolled before claim submission.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of U.S. healthcare credentialing experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial payer credentialing, Medicare, and Medicaid enrollment processes.
• Hands-on experience with CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and payer enrollment portals.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Tebra, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks (eCW), or similar practice management systems.
• Knowledge of ERA, EFT, and EDI enrollment processes.
• Experience supporting multi-specialty medical practices.
