About Metacare:

Metacare RCM is a growing US medical billing company committed to accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Credentialing Specialist to join our Lahore office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes.

• Enroll providers with commercial and government payers.

• Submit and track applications via CAQH and insurance portals.

• Follow up with insurance companies regarding application status.

• Maintain provider records and ensure data accuracy.

• Handle revalidations, updates, and terminations.

• Coordinate with internal billing and management teams.

• Ensure compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in US provider credentialing.

• Strong knowledge of CAQH, NPI, PECOS, and payer enrollment processes.

Must know Medicare, Medicaid etc

• Experience working with commercial and government insurances.

• Good communication and follow-up skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple providers.

• Must be comfortable working night shift (6 PM – 3 AM).
