Prepare Due Diligence Report of various company’s basis their audited accounts

Verify documents tax audit report, Insurance policies, sanction letters of banks, Bank statements, trial balance

Verify various company law documents- AOC4, MGT7, Holding Company/Subsidiary Company details, management representation letters, COI/MOA/AOA

Verification of End Use of Funds of bank borrowings

Preparation of various MIS and send it to bank officials.
