Credit Analyst – Hybrid (4 Days In-Office, 1 Days Remote) | Full Benefits

We are seeking a Credit Analyst to join our growing team. This hybrid role (4 days in-office, 1 days remote) combines financial analysis with customer interaction , making it ideal for professionals who excel in both data-driven decision-making and client communication .

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements and credit profiles to assess risk and determine eligibility for small business financing.
• Communicate directly with business owners to gather necessary information and provide guidance throughout the funding process.
• Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to structure financing solutions that align with company policies and risk guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess financial data and risk factors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business owners and internal teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience in roles requiring financial analysis, problem-solving, or client interaction is a plus.
