Credit Analyst - Premier Acceptance

Premier Acceptance, a Tom Wood company, is looking to add a Credit Analyst to our team! Premier is a leading automotive financial lender. We work with a large number of franchises and independent dealers within Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky. Our team provides top-notch customer care throughout the loan process.

Responsibilities:

Review and analyze credit applications.
Determine risk and credit worthiness of applicants.
Accurately operate underwriting software.
Communicate with dealers and branch team.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealerships.
Understand and follow the policies and procedures in place.
Conduct outbound marketing calls.
Maintain loan pipeline and prioritize to ensure timeliness through funding.
Provide customers with timely updates on the status of their loan.
Collect required documentation and required items on loan packages.
Update files in our origination system and maintain data quality.
Request verifications, additional documents, and other items, as needed.
Other duties as required by management.

Qualifications:

Working knowledge of the indirect auto lending processes.
Enthusiastic, can-do attitude with an ability to thrive working with a team.
Strong analytical skills.
Must be detail-orientated and comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to develop long term dealer relationships
Excellent communication skills.
Tech-savvy.
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to providing updates and resolving issues.
Bilingual, English & Spanish is a plus.
Required-valid driver’s license, with clean record.
