General purpose of job:

• Due diligence for all potential customers, including credit history and Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) Specifically Designated Nationals (SDN) check.
• Collection on insufficient returns.

Special skills required:

• Be able to work independently and process multiple complex projects while prioritizing workflow.
• Ability to meet deadlines and set priorities to make decisions under pressure.
• Possessing excellent written, telephone and verbal skills along with strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills are essential.
• PC skills: Word, Excel, Microsoft Office

Desired experience or education:

• Knowledge of credit and accounts receivable a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Review applications for accuracy. Process credit applications for management review.
• Set up new accounts.
• Communicate with sales on problem accounts. Contact customers concerning delinquent accounts.
• Stay within the guidelines of The Federal Trade Commission through the Red Flag Rules (RFR) as part of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act of 2003.
• Maintain security over customers; personal identification information, banking information and state issued identification.
• Due diligence for all potential customers, including credit history and Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) Specifically Designated Nationals (SDN) check.
• Update banking information as requested by customer.
• Cross trained with Fidelity Express Credit and Compliance Departments.
