About the Role

We are seeking energetic, confident, and motivated individuals to join our team as Credit Card Sales Officers. In this role, you will promote and sell credit card products to potential customers through field visits, corporate activities, tele-sales, events, and other lead-generation channels. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, have strong persuasion skills, and are driven by performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell credit card products to prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Generate leads through fieldwork, referrals, and events.
• Educate customers about product features, eligibility, and benefits.
• Assist customers with the application process and documentation.
• Maintain a strong understanding of product updates, promotional offers, and competitor products.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum education: High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior sales experience (banking, finance, insurance, or telecom) is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to work in a target-driven environment.
• Ability to handle field sales and meet customers in person.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with mobile apps.
