Credit Card Sales Executive - Mawarid Finance

Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Credit Card Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling credit cards to potential customers through direct sales, field activities, and lead generation.

You will play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships while maintaining a professional and results-driven attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell credit cards to individual and corporate clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and cold calling.
• Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly to customers.
• Assist clients in completing applications and documentation accurately.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on applications.
• Report daily sales activities and progress to the team leader/manager.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in credit card or banking sales preferred (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
• Must be presentable, confident, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
