Exceptional solutions require exceptional people. We are looking for a highly-motivated and results-oriented Credit Controller based in our Regional Head Office in Jebel Ali , Dubai to manage credit risk, ensure timely collections, and maintain healthy cash flow.

This is how you WOW:

• Actively manage and collect all outstanding debts from clients. This includes following up on overdue invoices via phone, email, and formal letters.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries related to invoices and payments. This involves building and maintaining professional relationships to facilitate timely payments.
• Reconcile customer accounts to ensure the accuracy of the accounts receivable ledger. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
• Conduct credit checks on new and existing customers to assess credit risk and recommend appropriate credit limits.
• Work with internal teams to quickly resolve customer disputes that are hindering payment.
• Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable, debtor days, and collection status to senior management.
• Continuously review and improve credit control processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a credit control and accounts receivable role.
• A valid UAE Driving License is essential, as this role requires regular visits to clients across the
• Emirates for meetings, collections, and relationship management.
• Excellent communication, customer-service and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
