Overview

Job Description

  • Validate and verify loan disbursements in the system to ensure accuracy of amounts, terms, and contractual conditions.

  • Record and reconcile loan payments received through banks in the credit management system.

  • Review and confirm that all required documents are complete before approving loan disbursement.

  • Ensure loan releases comply with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Update and maintain accurate customer and loan data in the system.

  • Monitor loan disbursement records and report any discrepancies for further review.

  • Coordinate with branch teams regarding issues related to loan validation and disbursement.

  • Carefully check documentation for errors or inconsistencies prior to releasing funds.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in credit operations, loan processing, or financial services roles.

  • Familiarity with credit management and financial systems.

  • Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail.

  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
