Credit Repair Sales Consultant

Position Summary

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for handling scheduled credit consultations, helping clients create their credit monitoring profile, reviewing credit reports, explaining the credit repair process, presenting our services, closing new clients, and properly assigning completed cases to the implementation team.

The ideal candidate has experience in credit repair, sales, customer service, client onboarding, or financial services.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work in person at our office.
  • Experience in credit repair is strongly preferred.
  • Sales experience required.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Comfortable explaining credit reports and financial information.
  • Must be organized and able to follow step-by-step procedures.
  • Must be comfortable using CRM systems, SmartCredit, email, and phone systems.
  • Must be professional, reliable, and punctual.
  • Must be able to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality.

Preferred Experience

  • Credit repair sales.
  • Credit consultation.
  • SmartCredit, Credit Repair Cloud, or similar software.
  • Customer onboarding.
  • Financial services.
  • Collections, dispute processing, or credit education.

Schedule

Monday to Friday
