Credit & Risk Management Officer

Job Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will assist with the Credit & Risk Management and Investor Relations aspect of our group of companies. Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Credit & Risk Management

• Responsible for the assessment and approval of loan applications
• Responsible for the management of loan accounts which includes the preparation of loan agreements and repayment arrangements
• Review of loan agreements and credit policy
• Analyze potential loan markets and develop referral networks
• Review financial policies and internal controls for systems and processes
• Attend sales appointment
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports
• Prepare weekly loan account reports
• Any other ad-hoc matters as assigned by the Management

Investor Relations

• Prepare agreements for new investments or renewals
• Prepare investment withdrawal notice, payment and email to clients
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly returns pay-outs to respective clients, and ensure payments are timely and in order
• Any other ad-hoc matters as arranged by the company

Entry Requirements:

• Degree holder in finance-related discipline, preferably in Banking & Finance
• Detailed-oriented, meticulous, ability to multi-tasking and an independent individual who can work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Fast leaner and a team-player
• Official working hours: 10am to 6pm, 5-day work week

Kindly note that only short-listed candidates will be notified to attend an Interview panel session. In addition, candidates who are successful in the interview will need to sit for a 2-hr Credit & Risk Management Test and pass the test before being successfully employed by the company.
