Responsibilities

• Perform daily cash handling duties including deposits, withdrawals, debits & credits, and cash management with accuracy and integrity.
• Identify opportunities for upselling financial products such as loans, savings accounts, or investment options to meet members’ needs.
• Detect and prevent fraud by monitoring transactions for suspicious activity and following established security protocols.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement, personalized service, and effective relationship management strategies.
• Support retail math calculations such as balancing cash drawers, reconciling accounts, and preparing daily reports to ensure operational accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in financial sales or customer relationship management is preferred but not required; a strong desire to learn is essential.
• Basic math skills including retail math, cashiering calculations, debits & credits, and 10 key typing proficiency are necessary for accurate transaction processing.
• Knowledge of banking operations such as cash handling, cash management, fraud prevention & detection, and loan origination is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse members.
• Familiarity with financial software systems used in banking environments will be an advantage.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
