Credit Union Teller/Customer Service Representative

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a FULL-TIME Teller at our Credit Union. The Teller will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing financial transactions, and performing account maintenance.

Duties:
- Process various financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Handle cash accurately and efficiently
- Assist members with account inquiries and provide information about our products and services
- Perform basic financial calculations, such as debits and credits
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all credit union policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- Previous credit union/banking experience is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with members
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
