Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Landscape Crew Foreman to lead a team in delivering high-quality landscaping services. This role involves supervising daily operations, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently, and maintaining strong communication with both crew members and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a crew of 2–4 landscaping team members
• Plan and execute daily job tasks, including irrigation, grading, planting, mulching, and hardscape installation
• Operate and maintain landscaping and grading equipment (Skid steers, mini excavators, Mini Skid Steers, etc.)
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations
• Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures
• Communicate job progress, issues, and material needs to management
• Enforce safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of landscaping experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role preferred
• Strong knowledge of landscaping practices, plant care, and equipment operation
• Ability to read drawings and execute proper layout
• Ability to lead a team and work efficiently under deadlines
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus, if applicable)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
