Crew Lead / Construction & Maintenance Driver

THIS IS NOT AN HOURLY POSITION. WE PAY DAILY RATES AND THIS JOB IS $136-180/DAY DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE.

Must be a USA citizen, at least 21 years of age and possess a Texas Driver License, with a clean driving record, and be capable of safely driving company trucks with trailer in tow safely carrying large equipment. If you text and drive - do not apply.

Must be able to complete and pass a pre- employment DOT screening, which also includes a drug screening and a Motor Vehicle Report.

TEAM PLAYER must perform manual tasks including operating a skid steer, loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials, and manually picking up trash from job sites and other assigned projects, cleaning streets using shovels and other pieces of equipment, as well as installing and removing filter fabric fence and other materials, and working with concrete/dirt.

Landscaping work is a plus.

High exposure to outside weather conditions (wet and/or humid, cold, hot, and more). Sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving during working hours. Exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and vibration and high noise levels.

May be required to work overtime, weekends, and holidays for additional pay.
