Crew Lead / Driver + Mover

Job Summary

Homegrown Moving and Storage, one of the premier moving companies in the Denver Metro Area, seeks a highly experienced Crew Lead / Expert Mover to join our elite team of professionals. This full-time leadership position offers $23.00–$27.00 per hour plus daily cash tips and is reserved exclusively for seasoned industry experts who uphold the highest standards of safety, precision, and customer service.

Duties

• Direct and supervise crews of 2–4 professionals on residential and commercial moves throughout the Denver Metro Area
• Oversee the safe, efficient packing, loading, and unloading of household and commercial goods
• Manage the disassembly and reassembly of furniture and complex items
• Implement advanced packing techniques to ensure the protection of client belongings
• Safely lift and transport heavy items while strictly adhering to proper lifting protocols
• Professionally operate 16–26 foot box trucks in compliance with all regulations
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company with the highest level of integrity

Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in the moving industry
• Strong team leadership capabilities and ability to collaborate effectively
• Comprehensive knowledge of moving terminology and industry best practices
• Exceptional punctuality and reliability
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve
• Demonstrated physical ability to safely lift heavy items on a daily basis
• Coachable mindset with a commitment to professional excellence
