Responsibilities:

• Lead daily lawn care operations
• Operate mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup equipment
• Maintain high-quality standards on every property
• Train and mentor future team members
• Help establish efficient processes and team expectations
• Communicate professionally with customers when needed

Requirements:

• Prior lawn care or landscaping experience
• Leadership or crew management experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and professionalism
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass background and reference checks
