About 2 Fat Guys Lawn Service
2 Fat Guys LLC is a structured, growth-focused lawn maintenance company serving North Fort Worth and surrounding communities including Keller, Haslet, Roanoke, Trophy Club, Southlake, Alliance, Saginaw, Watauga, and North Richland Hills.
We operate using established route systems, GPS tracking, production standards, and quality control processes to ensure consistency and accountability.
We are hiring a Crew Lead — not a helper.
This role is for someone who can manage a truck, lead daily production, take ownership of a route, and troubleshoot minor equipment issues to keep the crew operating efficiently.

Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional Saturdays required during weather catch-up or heavy workloads
- Peak season is full-time and fast-paced
- Short slow season (approximately 2 months with bi-weekly workload)
Hours are weather-dependent. While 40+ hours are typically available during peak season, they are not guaranteed year-round.

- Minimum 2 years of high-volume lawn maintenance experience

- Lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Work 8–10 hour days in 100°+ Texas heat
- Strong production pace and route management skills
- Professional communication and appearance

If your experience is limited to helper-level work without leadership responsibility, this position will not be a fit.
