Residential Specialist Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Residential Specialist to join our team. As a Residential Specialist, you will be responsible for providing various residential services, including tree trimming, landscape maintenance, and lawn care. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in bucket operation, tree care, and general landscaping. Responsibilities: - Operate bucket truck for tree trimming and maintenance tasks - Perform tree care services such as pruning, shaping, and removal - Conduct landscape maintenance activities including mowing, edging, and weeding - Assist with planting and growing of trees, plants, and flowers - Rig equipment and materials for safe and efficient use - Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times Qualifications: - Previous experience in bucket operation and tree trimming is required - Knowledge of tree care techniques and practices - Familiarity with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and weeding - Ability to operate various landscaping tools and equipment - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Physical stamina to perform manual labor in outdoor environments - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
