Track 1: Crew Leader / Lead Carpenter

• Pay: $25 - $36 per hour (DOE)
• Responsibilities:
• Lead a small team of 1–3 laborers to complete projects on time and to high quality standards.
• Read blueprints/plans and execute framing, decking, and siding tasks.
• Maintain a safe and organized job site.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and management.
• Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in residential construction (framing, decks, or siding preferred).
• Strong leadership skills and a "teaching" mindset.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Track 2: Construction Laborer / Apprentice

• Pay: $18–$25 per hour
• Responsibilities:
• Assist lead carpenters with framing, cutting materials, and installing deck boards.
• Operate basic power tools safely (circular saws, drills, etc.).
• Load/unload materials and keep the site clean.
• Requirements:
• No experience required, but basic knowledge of hand tools is a plus—we will train you!.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Punctual, reliable, and a positive attitude.
