Crew Leader, Landscape

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Crew Leader, Landscape to spearhead our outdoor maintenance and landscaping projects. In this dynamic role, you will lead a team of skilled landscapers, ensuring high-quality execution of landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, and tree care services. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and irrigation system installation or repair
• Lead a team of landscapers by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, providing guidance, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
• Oversee landscaping projects from start to finish—ensuring they meet quality standards and client expectations
• Conduct inspections of work sites to ensure proper use of equipment and adherence to safety regulations
• Support the development of team members through mentorship and training in horticulture practices, lawn care techniques, and construction methods
• Manage equipment maintenance schedules and ensure tools are used responsibly and efficiently
• Collaborate with clients or project managers to understand project scope and deliver exceptional service

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or landscaping roles
• Strong background in horticulture, gardening, lawn care, tree care, irrigation systems, and general landscape construction
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance best practices and safety standards
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
• Familiarity with equipment operation and maintenance for landscaping tools and machinery
• Experience working on diverse outdoor projects involving gardening, turf management, or horticultural enhancements
