Responsibilities

• Execute landscape maintenance, gardening, and lawn care tasks effectively.
• Plan daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely project completion.
• Oversee landscape construction projects, including planting beds, hardscapes, and irrigation systems installation or repairs.
• Perform quality control inspections on completed work to meet company standards and client expectations.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times; conduct safety briefings and maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide hands-on support with landscaping activities such as pruning trees, installing irrigation systems, and maintaining gardens.
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and update them on project status.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture.
• Supervising or leadership experience in outdoor or construction settings.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care, gardening techniques, and general landscape maintenance.
• Strong understanding of horticulture principles and plant health management.
• Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients.
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy equipment or materials as needed. Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
