About Us

E&T Outdoor Pros is a fast-growing outdoor construction company specializing in high-quality hardscape and landscape installations. We build retaining walls, paver patios, outdoor living spaces, drainage systems, fencing, irrigation systems, masonry structures, and concrete projects.

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Project Manager / Crew Lead who is ready to grow with our company and help lead projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew on outdoor construction projects
• Read and understand project plans, layouts, and elevations
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to high quality standards
• Train and develop crew members
• Communicate daily progress with ownership and clients
• Order or manage materials as needed
• Operate equipment such as skid steers, excavators, saws, compactors, etc.
• Ensure job site safety and organization
• Solve problems and make field decisions when needed

Qualifications

• Experience in hardscaping, landscaping, fencing, drainage, irrigation, masonry, or concrete
• Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred
• Ability to read tape measures, levels, and layouts accurately
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Equipment operation experience is a major plus
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
