Crew Leader - Landscape Installation & Maintenance- SLC

Rubicon is seeking motivated and hardworking Landscape Enhancement & Maintenance Crew Leader to join our team. This role focuses on landscape improvement projects including installations, upgrades, and property enhancements. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results. Has ran a small crew with 2-3 people.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead a landscape installation crew and enhancement projects
• Install sod, mulch, rock, and planting materials
• Plant trees, shrubs, and flowers
• Assist with irrigation installation and repairs
• Perform property cleanups and landscape upgrades
• Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Follow company safety guidelines and procedures
• Represent Rubicon professionally when interacting with customers

Qualifications

• Landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred
• Ability to lead a team, communicate with clients and internal teams
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Valid driver’s license
• Bilingual

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and walking
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment for extended periods

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• Some Saturdays as needed

Compensation & Benefits

• $23–$32 per hour (DOE)
• Overtime opportunities during peak season
• Opportunities for advancement

Pay: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour
