Crew Leader, Landscape Maintenance

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Landscape Maintenance Worker to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is willing to learn, and takes pride in maintaining beautiful landscapes for residential and/or commercial properties. No prior experience is required—training will be provided.
Responsibilities

• Mowing lawns, edging, trimming, and blowing debris
• Pruning shrubs and small trees
• Weed control and general garden cleanup
• Assisting with irrigation checks and basic repairs
• Loading/unloading tools and materials
• Following safety procedures and company standards
• Working as part of a team to complete daily routes efficiently
• Qualifications
• No prior experience required (entry-level)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Valid driver’s license REQUIRED.

• Monday–Friday: 8 Hour days. Start time to be discussed.
• Overtime may be available during peak season

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
