Crew Leader, Landscaper

We are a local, family owned company that provides lawn maintenance service year round for commercial properties in San Antonio and surrounding areas. We are looking for an honest, hard working and reliable person to join our crew as a lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and supervise crew members on job sites.
• Ensure team is punctual, professional, and adheres to company standards.
• Oversee proper execution of landscape maintenance with strong attention to detail. (mowing, edging, pruning, irrigation checks, etc.)
• Follow daily schedule and complete jobs in our field service app.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid TX DL with a clean driving record & reliable transportation to/from shop.
• Experience driving a truck with trailer.
• Must be reliable - show up & on time.
• Landscape maintenance experience required.
• Previous crew leader or foreman experience preferred.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday (some Saturdays optional)
• 8-10 hour days typical depending on season

Pay: From $155.00 per day
