We’re a growing, high-energy landscaping company building something better than the norm in this industry. We run organized routes, clear systems, and professional crews. We’re looking for a Lead Landscaping Technician who wants to pursue landscaping as a career.

Compensation & Schedule

• $18–$22/hour, based on experience
• Overtime paid on all hours over 40
• Busy season (Mar–Dec): typically 50 hours/week (10+ OT hours)
• Jan–Feb: lighter schedule, 30–40 hours/week
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM start
• Saturdays always off
• Occasional Sunday work only for weather or catch-up situations
• Vacation time after 90 days
• 3+ paid holidays per year
• Year-round work for top performers

The Role

You’ll lead a 1–3 person crew, reporting to our Operations Manager. Routes and jobs are pre-planned with clear checklists. You’re responsible for execution, efficiency, and professionalism in the field.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines production work with communication, decision-making, and accountability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading daily job execution and crew performance
• Operating standard landscaping and maintenance equipment
• Towing and handling trailers with occasional heavy loads
• Completing job documentation accurately
• Solving real time problems to keep the day moving
• Performing light marketing tasks in the field

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of solid landscaping experience
• Demonstrated leadership (formal or informal, but verifiable)
• Comfortable running equipment and trailers independently
• Strong communication with management, crew, and customers
• Detail-oriented with documentation and job checklists
• Understands that performance drives company growth and personal opportunity
