Crew Leader - Lawn Care

We are a fast-growing lawn care and property maintenance company seeking a Mowing Crew Lead to join our team. This is a leadership position for someone who takes pride in their work, moves with purpose, and knows how to set the tone for a crew.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Mowing Crew Lead is responsible for:

• Leading and setting the daily pace for a mowing crew
• Ensuring jobs are completed on time and to company quality standards
• Operating commericial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and related equipment
• Communicating with management and occasionally clients
• Mentoring and holding crew members accountable
• Maintaining clean, sharp, professional-looking properties

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous crew lead experience (Required)
• General lawn care experience (required)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
• Strong understanding of commercial mowing equipment and striping
• Ability to set and maintain steady, productive pace
• High attention to detail (clean edges, no missed strips, clean blow-off)
• Dependable and consistently on time
• Physically capable of working outdoors in heat

COMPENSATION

Pay is competitive based on experience, leadership capabilities, and production. Performance incentives available for the right person.
