Lawn Care Crew Leader (Bilingual – Spanish/English Preferred)

Johnny Cuts LLC – Grosse Pointe, MI

We are looking for a highly experienced lawn care professional to join our team and take on a leadership role for the 2026 season.

This position is ideal for someone who:

– Has strong experience in lawn care and landscaping

– Can communicate clearly in both Spanish and English

– Has a valid driver’s license and can operate trucks/trailers

– Works efficiently and can lead or assist a small crew

– Takes pride in quality work and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities:

– Weekly lawn mowing and trimming

– Spring/Fall cleanups (leaves, debris, bed cleanouts)

– Basic landscaping (mulch, edging, trimming shrubs)

– Following job notes and communicating with team members

– Driving company truck/trailer (if qualified)

Pay:

– $20–$25/hour (based on experience)

– Opportunity for raise after 30 days based on performance

Schedule:

– Full-time (March/April through November)

– Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays
