Crew Leader, Lawn Care

Join our dynamic team as a Crew Leader in Lawn Care, where you will lead and motivate a crew dedicated to delivering exceptional landscaping and lawn maintenance services. This energetic role offers the opportunity to oversee daily operations, ensure quality standards, and foster a positive work environment. As a key player in our outdoor maintenance team, you'll be responsible for guiding crew members through various landscape projects, including lawn care, gardening. Previous lawn care experience is a must!

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily lawn care, landscaping, and horticulture tasks to ensure timely and high-quality completion
• Lead crew members in performing landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning,
• Oversee safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment for all team members during , gardening, or maintenance activities
• Provide hands-on training in landscape techniques, equipment operation, and horticultural best practices to develop team skills
• Inspect work sites regularly to ensure adherence to project specifications and client expectations
• Manage equipment maintenance schedules and ensure proper use of tools for efficiency and safety
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide updates on project progress

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or related outdoor services roles
• PREVIOUS LAWN CARE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices for outdoor work environments
• Experience using landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools is preferred
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients alik

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
