Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily lawn maintenance activities, including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilization
• Lead landscaping projects from planning through execution, ensuring quality and safety standards are met

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or related outdoor services
• Strong background in landscaping, lawn care, horticulture, and gardening practices
• Knowledge of construction processes related to outdoor projects and landscape installation
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
• Experience with maintenance of landscaping equipment and safety procedures
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and vendors
