Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily mowing operations, ensuring efficient workflow and quality results
• Lead a team of landscape technicians, providing clear instructions and motivating high performance
• Ensure safety protocols are followed consistently across all job sites to prevent accidents
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and tools, performing maintenance or reporting repairs as needed
• Assist with landscaping projects involving construction elements or tree care to expand your team’s skill set

Experience

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pull/back up a trailer full of equipment
• Ability to properly operate zero turn and walk behind lawn mowers
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
• Hands-on experience with maintenance of landscaping equipment and tools
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients confidently

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
