Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise mowing crews to complete landscape maintenance projects on time and within scope
• Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor crew performance to ensure quality standards are met
• Conduct site inspections to assess landscaping needs, including lawn care, pruning, planting, and irrigation system checks
• Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and proper equipment usage during operations
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
• Assist with hands-on landscaping tasks such as trimming, planting, or construction work when necessary
• Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are upheld

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or gardening with a strong knowledge of horticulture principles
• Supervising or leadership experience in outdoor or construction environments
• Familiarity with landscaping techniques including tree care, irrigation systems, and general garden maintenance
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills for team coordination and client interactions
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to landscape maintenance and construction environments
